What we collect for checkout, downloads and contact, and what we don't.

Sales are closed at launch, so Dellogator is not collecting payment or sending purchase emails yet. This page describes what we collect now, and what we will collect when checkout opens.

These pages use the trading name Dellogator.

What we collect

If you write to fullsend@dellogator.com, we receive the address you send from and whatever you include in the message.

The contact form asks for your name, email and message so we can reply. At launch the form does not send email and does not keep a copy of what you typed, so a form submission is not a delivered message. Use the public email address if you need to reach us.

When checkout opens we will collect the email address you give so we can send your download link and, if you ask, a purchases sign-in link. We will store order records (email, product, amount, PayPal identifiers and status) and signed download tokens. Download attempts may be logged (time and order id) to help with support and to limit abuse.

PayPal processes the payment on their side. We do not see or store your full card number.

What we don't do

We do not sell your email. We do not send marketing. We do not use your details for advertising profiles. Optional donations at checkout, when that feature is live, are recorded so the amount can be passed on to the named open-source project.

Hosting

The public site is hosted on Cloudflare. When sales open, order records are intended to be stored in Cloudflare's database for this site. We have not published a more specific server location than that.

Access and questions

We treat the email and order details we hold as personal information, and only use them to provide the download, sign-in link or reply you asked for, or to meet a legal obligation. If you want to know what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we can, email fullsend@dellogator.com.
