Sales are closed at launch, so Dellogator is not taking purchases yet. This page describes the refund approach that will apply when sales open.
Dellogator sells one-time digital downloads, such as Lua scripts and apps. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Payment, when sales open, is through PayPal. Prices are shown in Australian dollars in the form AUD $2.
These pages use the trading name Dellogator.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
If you are a consumer in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded by this page. If a download is faulty, not of acceptable quality, not as described, or fails to work on the platforms we list as supported, you are entitled to a remedy. That can include a refund or a replacement, depending on the problem.
If a failure is major (for example the tool cannot do what we said it would, and cannot reasonably be fixed), you can choose a refund. If it is minor, we may repair or replace it instead of refunding.
Change of mind
Digital downloads are delivered electronically. Apart from your ACL rights, a change-of-mind refund is not automatically available after a file has been successfully delivered. That keeps a downloaded copy from being kept while the purchase is reversed.
How to ask
Email fullsend@dellogator.com with the subject line about a refund, and include the email used at checkout and your order id if you have one. You can also use the contact form (topic "Purchase / download help"). The contact form does not send email at launch, so email is the reliable path until that changes.
Refunds are processed through PayPal, usually back to the original payment method, in the original currency. When a refund completes, download links for that order are revoked.
