These pages use the trading name Dellogator.
What you are buying
By buying from Dellogator you get a personal licence to use the digital download you paid for on devices you own or control. Prices are one-time amounts in Australian dollars, shown on the product page as e.g. AUD $2. Payment is through PayPal. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
You may not redistribute, resell or publicly host the paid files. Fair personal backups are fine.
Compatibility and other projects
Firmware, radios and companion projects (including Betaflight, INAV, EdgeTX and ExpressLRS) are independent. We are not affiliated with them. Compatibility claims are limited to what the relevant product page states.
Optional donations to those projects at checkout are voluntary add-ons, recorded separately and intended to be passed on to the named project.
Use of the tools
Dellogator tools are software aids for building, racing and flying. You remain responsible for operating your aircraft and radio safely and legally, and for following the rules that apply to you. A tool that checks readiness or shows telemetry does not replace your own checks.
Consumer guarantees
If you are a consumer in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law applies. Those guarantees cannot be excluded by these terms. See the refund policy for how to ask about a remedy.
